At CYCLZ, we attach great importance to ensuring that our cycling clothing is not only functional and stylish, but is also produced under fair conditions. In this article, we would like to give you a detailed insight into our production process, from the idea to the finished product.
1. Idea generation and design
Everything starts with an idea. Our product development team is made up of passionate cyclists and likes to incorporate their personal experiences into the development of a product. Ideas for new products are created in regular brainstorming sessions, which are then implemented into detailed designs. We take current trends in the cycling world into account. But our top priority is always and without question the feedback from our customers.
2. Material selection
The choice of materials is crucial for the quality of our products. We use high-quality fabrics that are not only durable and functional, but also environmentally friendly. We pay particular attention to breathability, moisture regulation and comfort.
3. Sample creation
Before a new product goes into production, a prototype is created. This prototype is tested in various situations - especially on the bike in the Swiss mountains. Based on this, adjustments are made to the design or materials until we are completely satisfied.
4. Production
Once the final prototype has been approved, production begins. Our carefully selected suppliers follow strict standards regarding quality and working conditions. Each garment is carefully manufactured and undergoes several quality controls before it leaves our premises.
5. Quality control
Quality is the be-all and end-all at CYCLZ. Every product undergoes a final quality control before shipping.
6. Packaging and Shipping
After quality control, our products are carefully packaged and shipped to our customers worldwide. Here, too, we make sure to have as little impact on the environment as possible.
7. Sustainable Development
At CYCLZ, we pride ourselves on offering you products that not only perform well, but are also produced under fair conditions. Each garment tells a story of innovation, care and responsibility - values that are at the forefront of every decision we make.
